Final Stats - After a week off training

Shoulders 49.25 (+0.25)
Chest 41.5 (+0.5)
Naval 32 (-2!!!!)

Not massive growth on the surface but it seems I have lost a certain amount of chub, especially when you look at the drop in my naval. Certainly felt bigger during the training and I now feel stronger and leaner.

I enjoyed the variation in the sessions and having a different program every day kind of motivated me to keep training hard. It didn't matter how long the workout was on paper, it was my goal to finish it, whether it took an hour or an hour and thirty.

I'll be starting again on Monday!
